Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Ayon Wellness. We are committed to delivering your wellness products quickly and securely. To ensure a seamless delivery experience, we partner with Shiprocket, India's leading logistics aggregator platform.

 

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed and packed within 1–2 business days from the date of order placement.

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST are usually handed over to our courier partners on the same day.

  • Please note that we do not process, dispatch, or deliver shipments on Sundays or National Holidays.

 

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We ship pan-India across 19,000+ pin codes. Shiprocket dynamically matches your order with the most efficient courier partner (such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, Xpressbees, Shadowfax, or DTDC) depending on speed and serviceability to your location.

Estimated delivery times vary by zone:

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days.

  • Rest of India (Tier 2 / Tier 3 Cities): 4–7 business days.

  • Remote Areas / North East / J&K: 5–9 business days. 

 

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Cash on Delivery is available for most pin codes across India, subject to courier serviceability in your region.

 

4. Real-Time Order Tracking

  • As soon as your order is picked up by the Shiprocket courier partner, you will receive an automated notification via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp containing your tracking number and a live tracking link.

  • You can track the status of your package at every stage of its journey directly through the link provided.

 

5. Non-Delivery / Failed Delivery Attempts (RTO)

Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts before marking a package as undelivered.

  • If you miss a delivery, the courier agent will usually call you. Please ensure your contact number provided at checkout is accurate.

  • If a package is returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept, it will be processed as Return to Origin (RTO). Re-shipping charges may apply to send the package back out to you.


6. Damages & Transit Issues

If your package appears heavily damaged or tampered with upon delivery, do not accept the package. Take a quick photograph of the box and immediately reach out to our customer support team at support@ayonwellness.com or via WhatsApp so we can coordinate a solution with Shiprocket immediately.
