Refund Policy

At Ayon Wellness, we stand behind the quality of our doctor-guided programs and wellness formulations. Because our products are consumables designed for personal health and safety, we have established the following refund guidelines:

 

1. Unopened and Sealed Products

  • You are eligible for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your shipment.

  • To qualify for a return, item(s) must be completely unopened, unused, with the original seals intact, and in their original packaging.

  • To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@ayonwellness.com with your order number and proof of purchase.

 

2. Opened or Used Products

  • Due to strict safety, health, and hygiene regulations for ingestible health formulations, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for any products that have been opened, unsealed, or partially consumed.

  • We highly encourage you to review our ingredients and consult with our team via WhatsApp prior to purchasing if you have any questions or sensitivities.

 

3. Program/Digital Content Cancellations

  • Access to digital program guides, scheduling, and community materials is granted immediately upon checkout. Therefore, digital-only portions of the program are non-refundable.

  • If your plan included a physical supplement shipment that has already been dispatched, the policy for "Unopened and Sealed Products" applies to the physical component.

 

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • Your satisfaction is our priority. If your order arrives damaged during transit, is defective, or if you received the wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Email us at support@ayonwellness.com with your order details and clear photographs of the damaged packaging or incorrect product. We will arrange a replacement shipment immediately at no extra cost to you.

 

5. Return Shipping & Processing

  • Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs for standard returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  • Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse, we will email you a notification of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
