Refund policy

At Ayon Wellness, we want you to be confident in every order you place with us. Because our products are consumable health supplements, our refund and return process is designed with both your safety and satisfaction in mind.

1. Unopened and Sealed Products

You're eligible for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
The product must be unopened, unused, with the original seal and packaging intact.
To start a return, email support@ayonwellness.com or message us on WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return.

2. Opened or Used Products

Because our capsules are ingestible health products, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds once a bottle has been opened or the seal broken, in line with standard health and hygiene practice.
If you're unsure about an ingredient or have a health condition, please message us on WhatsApp before ordering — we're happy to answer questions first.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, let us know within 48 hours of delivery.
Email support@ayonwellness.com with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund — your choice — with no extra cost to you.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge as long as they haven't been shipped yet. Once an order is dispatched, it falls under the return process above.

5. Return Shipping

For standard returns (not damaged/defective/wrong item), the customer covers return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable courier, as we can't process a refund for a return that doesn't reach us.

6. Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you confirming approval or rejection.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days, credited back to your original payment method (or via bank transfer for COD orders).
